Gloria Christi is an emerging Federated Community of Faith created by and made up of the members of
the former congregations of Palo Christi Presbyterian Church and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
We are People of Faith with different Christian “accents” who are exploring and discerning together where God is inviting us to be in relationship with one another, with those in community around us, and with God…
in ways that will help bring about the welcoming, accepting, nurturing, and sustaining love of God.

As a Federated Church, Gloria Christi reflects the best of the Lutheran (ELCA) and Presbyterian (PCUSA) denominations. We are an inclusive, welcoming, LGBTQIA+ affirming congregation, and we are committed to advancing racial equity. By our actions, we take seriously what Jesus took seriously: to love God and to love one another. We acknowledge that we are a work in progress and that this work is ongoing.
