Introduction
Thank you for your interest in a Ministry Grant. When Gloria Dei Lutheran and Palo Christi Presbyterian became Federated in 2021, we sold the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church property and committed the proceeds of that sale toward ministry in God’s world in this congregation, amongst our non-profit partners, and with our siblings in the ELCA & PCUSA traditions.

Important to Gloria Christi is that all grant recipients and connected organizations must be in alignment with the congregation’s Guiding Principles.

2024 Application Deadlines:
February 29, 2024 (Award Date: March 20, 2024)
August 31, 2024 (Award Date: October 1, 2024)
1. Applications may be submitted electronically as an email attachment to gloriachristiaz@gmail.com or here.
2. Application deadlines are February 28 and August 31 of each year.
3. Application outcomes will be shared by March 20 and September 20.
4. Grants must be used within one year of receipt.
5. Final accounting and report are due 60 days following use of the grant money/date of event. Failure to provide this report will impact ability to apply for funds in the future.
6. Requesting groups may be asked to make a presentation. You will be notified of the date and time.
